You can request a refund for an active Membership Pass within 2 days of your purchase. You can request a refund by going to the Payments page in your account and clicking on “Request a refund”. In the next page, please inform the reason for the refund and click send. A customer service agent will reply to your refund request in 2-3 business days with an estimate of the refund window or requesting additional information.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes, once the payment is complete, you can see the receipt for the purchase in the Payments page in your account.
Can I add my company name to the payment receipt?
Yes, please add the company name you want to appear in the receipt in the Profile page in your account.
